The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Southern Districts Rugby Club Inc. will be held on Monday 14th October 2024, at 6:30pm.
Nominations for Committee positions are now being accepted and can be submitted either by using the online form, or by emailing the President at sdrcpresident@gmail.com, using the
attached PDF form.
Nominations should be submitted at least 1 week prior to the meeting (Tuesday 8th October 2024).
***Appointment of Proxy Forms must be submitted no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.***
